The purpose of Wrestling Database is to provide as much current and historical information for college wrestling and international wrestling as possible.
College Wrestling
As college wrestling fans, we crave information throughout the year. At the beginning of the year we want previews and predictions. During the season, we want results and updated rankings. And in between, we want to debate about our favorite wrestlers and teams. Here at Wrestling Database we plan to provide all of that for every division of college wrestling.
Previews and Predictions: Before each year we will remind you of who is returning, and we will predict how everything will end.
Rankings: There is a reason we actually wrestle at the end of the year, but we also like to know how everyone is stacking up against each other. We plan to provide college wrestling rankings for each division.
Results: There is a lot to keep track of during the year. We plan to provided both dual meet and tournament results.
Archives: We also want to be able to provide information from all past seasons of college wrestling.
As wrestling fans we also want information from past seasons, and so we will always be compiling and archiving college wrestling results from each division and season. We will also provide a way to contact us in case we have made a mistake or are missing something.

Once the college season ends, fans have the blessing of turning to international wrestling to satisfy their needs. We want to make sure that we are providing information for freestyle wrestling and greco-roman wrestling. For each we will provide the following:
Freestyle Wrestling and Greco-Roman Wrestling
Current World Team: Each year we want to make sure you know who we are sending to the World Championships and Olympics.
Previews and Predictions: Before each World Championship of Olympic Tournament, we will remind you of who is returning and try to predict how each weight class will turn out.
Rankings: We will provide rankings for our current national team.
Results: We will post results for major national and international tournaments.
The Wrestling Database also provides news, articles, and tips on its blog.
